Guardianships

A guardianship is a legal proceeding in which a guardian is appointed to exercise the rights of an incapacitated person. One is needed when a person is legally incapacitated, either by virtue of age (a minor) or disability (someone who because of an illness can no longer make personal or financial decisions). Ms. Wolasky can help you assess the need for and arrange guardianships for your legally incapacitated loved ones who can no longer make personal or financial decisions.
